Good for: marketers looking for deeper conversations about current trends and tools

Two professional marketers, hosts Daniel Rowles and Ciaran Rogers, contextualise the latest marketing news and strategy trends with their own perspectives and expert interviews. Still, they’ll always focus on their current topic of interest, whether it’s advice about content writing and audience insight tools or more subjective conversations about social media toxicity and company culture.

The last aired episode on 20 May 2022 was a Part 2 of Analytics and Data Masterclass where the duo interviewed Avinash Kaushik who shares his tips for working effectively with analytics and analysts. The points they also emphasise on are learning to ask outcome questions rather than the marketing activity, They say that asking such questions allows you to focus on more important aspects of your business metrics.

Keeping an eye on your business metrics can improve customer satisfaction. As analysts, placing yourself in your customers shoes can help in strategy developments. This is also where empathy plays a role.
